Challenge

Working Not Working, a global network of talent that’s changing the way creatives and companies connect and collaborate, reached a limit with its initial platform and brand. The brand had become outdated and the platform needed to be rethought so it could deepen its connection with members and scale across more verticals for future growth.



Strategy

We set out to create a brand that encapulated the attitude and nature of the company as well as the creatives it represents.

The platform was reimagined to accomodate any screen size or device that users are on. We deepend the feature set with a more advanced search, messaging and job findings, as well as a new membership board for vetting new talent. All user interactions were rethought and tested to be as fast and light as possible.



Solution

The new Working Not Working brand and platform were design to directly reflect the coveted community that it represents. The logo is purposfully stripped down allowing a for creatives to create thier own rendition of the mark.

Designed for the community by the members.


The new WNW mark is set in Tungsten and leaves room for creative interpretation by  community members.

The work mark scales down to a simple WW a icon that can be used at smaller scale.

































The Platform





A profile for everyone.


Creatives are no longer the only ones with a profile page. We designed a scalable profile page for hiring managers, students, candidates (those waiting to be accepted into WNW) and a mini profile for easy search viewwing.
